Updated: Aug 2

Behaviour change is hard. This post helps make it easier. Follow the steps below and in less than an hour you will:

  • Discover the techniques most suited to your specific situation

  • Have written a step-by-step guide on how to put them into action

  • Be able to teach others to do the same

Psychology experts compiled findings from hundreds of papers to create a behaviour change tool.

  • It's free, forever.

  • No sign-up.

  • No ads,

  • Can be used to change your behaviour, another individual's, or even that of a whole population (e.g. your pool of potential customers)

This guide teaches you how to use it.

Step Two

Click here. Use the tool until you are asked to select strategies. When that happens, switch tab to the website you opened in step one. Scroll down the relevant section. Read each of the strategies that you think are viable. Take notes of the key points. Repeat until you reach the end of the tool.

IMPORTANT: Enter your email at the end to get a report. This will come in handy later.

Step Three

Break down the preparation of each strategy into a series of very simple steps. An example is shown below.

Step Four

Choose a specific time and a specific place to prepare each strategy. Create reminders so you don't forget.
